You can see the wholesale price only after customer account activation is completed. We will send activation notification e-mail to you after an approval. If you do not receive customer account activation e-mail within 1-2 days, please contact us directly. Click here.

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. You can check the approximate shipping rate by filling shipping country and zip code at the bottom left of product page.

It depends on where you are. In case of the item is in stock, we will immediately process shipping after receive cleared payment. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive for domestic,Japan. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-21 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. We offer shipping by FedEx and DHL. For domestic customer, we ship the product by Yamato shipping service.

Product

Aurora products are made in Japan. All of necklace chains are stamped 18K, 18K WG or PT at the plate to guarantee the purity of gold.

No, we have only 18K gold, PT850 andPT950 product.

My order

Aurora does not have minimum order. Our company minimum order start from 1 item on any types of products and design. Please note that shipping cost, import taxes would be handled by buyer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so yo can track the delivery status. Also, you can log into your account to review your order status at anytime.

Please note that we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped. We can make some change on some orders. If you want to edit your existing order  please directly contact us. We will do what we can.

Items already shipped are not reversible. You have the right to change or cancel a contract concluded with the order within 7 days, by giving reasons, provided the order does not contain any personalized items or custom-made items. Processed refunds are completed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.) All cancellations takes the cancellation fees.

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it. Please contact our Customer Support  to change address. Please include the following information:

・Order number

・Recipient name

・New delivery address

Selling price is changing day by day based on Today Gold Rate (London Fix) at purchasing date.

For international customers, our shopping cart accepts major credit cards and PayPal. For bank transfer payment, please contact us directly. Click here

For domestic Japan customer, we accept Cash on delivery by Yamato shipping service for no more than JPY300,000 and direct cash payment at the company. Please choose payment option at checkout page.

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we are truely applogize for that. Please contact us within 7 days and we will be sure to get you ordered.

Refund value is based on the product(s) purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded or be available to be used as a store credit.
