RETURN POLICY
At Aurora Trading Co.,Ltd., we strive to deliver quality products and excellent service to our wholesale partners. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly and promptly.
General Policy

All wholesale sales are final.

Non-returnable items include incorrect products purchased, damaged products through customer mishandling or other personal reasons.
Exceptions
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:.

Incorrect Items Shipped

If you receive incorrect items, notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

We will arrange for the correct items to be shipped and the incorrect ones to be returned if necessary.

2. Damaged items covered by shipping insurance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for authorized returns will be covered by Aurora Trading Co.,Ltd. only in cases of defect item which originate before shipping or receiving wrong items.

In all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@jpaurora.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and design products (such as choker and long necklace). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns made without receipt may be refused. Aurora reserves the right to deny any return.
