・All international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx.
・ Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you have a personal shipping account, please email us your details so we can book the shipment using your account.
・ Aurora Trading Co.,Ltd. is not responsible for lost or damaged items unless shipping insurance is selected during checkout.
・Optional Insurance add USD 50.00 for insured delivery (applies to all destinations).
International shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price. Aurora Trading Co.,Ltd. is not liable for any such fees.
・ In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch..
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit if shipping insurance is not selected. If your item arrives damaged, please:
