Return 
Simply Wholesale DO NOT accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges based on incorrect products purchased, incompatible or unsuitable goods, damaged products through customer mishandling or other personal reasons. Please select your goods carefully before placing your order or ask for our advice before purchasing.


What items are returnable?

  • Receiving incorrect item.
  • Receiving defective product originated from our company.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@jpaurora.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping cost or any financial charges is nonrefundable.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any defective or missing order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the product. However, we do not accept any damaged product for no additional insurance on shipping.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and design products (such as choker and long necklace).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Faults and Warranty Claims 
If an item arrives that is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 business days of receiving your delivery. 

 

Refund
・Refunds use the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. You can't issue a refund to a different card or bank account.
・Refunds are issued in the same currency that the customer used to pay for the order. If the customer paid in JPY, then they receive a refund in JPY.

・Normally the refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account.
