International Shipping 
Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • In case the item is in stock and ready for shipping, we will ship the item immediately after we can confirm cleared payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Out of stock / Order items can take around 2 - 4 weeks depending on design and volume. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or special orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping
Aurora Trading Co.,Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping for no additional insurance shipping.
All our international deliveries are done by DHL/FedEx. Kindly note that all international shipping costs are charged at actuals as per the shipping amount calculated at the checkout page while placing the order. In case you own a shipping account, please provide the details by email. So,we can book the shipment in your respective account.
 Domestic shipping (Japan) 

We offer free shipping services by YAMATO. Please select Cash on delivery at checkout page. We will send tracking number after shipping.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur when:

・Delays at Transshipment Ports
・External Elements
Some delays are completely out of you, your carrier, or your freight forwarder’s control and simply can’t be prevented. These could be forces of nature, mechanical issues, human error, or political issues.

 ・Incorrect address
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

Aurora Trading Co.,Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages

Aurora Trading Co.,Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping without insurance packages. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. To be secure you can add insurance on shipping by select +insurance option at the checkout page.
