📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
- If the item is in stock, we will ship it immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
🕒 Order Processing Time
・ In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
・ Out-of-stock / Made-to-order items: Usually require 2–6 weeks, depending on the design and order volume.
・ During peak periods or for special orders, shipping may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
🌐 International Shipping
・All international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx.
・ Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you have a personal shipping account, please email us your details so we can book the shipment using your account.
・ Aurora Trading Co.,Ltd. is not responsible for lost or damaged items unless shipping insurance is selected during checkout.
・To add insurance, please select the +Insurance option at checkout for added protection.
🏠 Domestic Shipping (Japan)
・We offer free shipping within Japan via Yamato Transport.
・ Please select Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.
・ A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
📧 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price. Aurora Trading Co.,Ltd. is not liable for any such fees.
📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit if shipping insurance is not selected. If your item arrives damaged, please:
・ Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
・ Keep all original packaging and damaged items as proof for the claim process.
