Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. You can check the approximate shipping rate by filling shipping country and zip code at product page. Import tax is handled by buyer. Please check with your country's tax system.

It depends on location. In case of the item is in stock, we will immediately process shipping after receive cleared payment. Normally, it takes 1-2 business days for domestic Japan. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-21 days. Delivery details will be sent directly to your e-mail.

You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. We offer shipping by FedEx and DHL. For domestic customer, we ship the product by Yamato shipping service for free without charge.


Aurora products are made in Japan. All of necklace chains are stamped 18K, 18K WG or PT at the plate to guarantee the purity of gold.

Aurora has no minimum order. You can order small quantity. Please note that shipping cost and import taxes would be handled by buyer.

Once your order shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email . You can check delivery status directly with shipping carrier.

Please note that you are unable to make changes to your order once it shipped. You can make change order for stock item only . For made to order item, we are not allowed customer to make any changes. If you want to edit your existing order  please directly contact us. We will do what we can.

Items already shipped could not be returned. You have the
right to change or cancel the order within 7 days, by giving reasons, provided the order does not contain any personalized items or custom-made items. Processed refunds will be completed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.) All cancellations take the cancellation fees.

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it. Please contact our Customer Support  to change address. Please include the following information:

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we are truely applogize for that. Please contact us within 7 days and we will be sure to get you ordered.

Refund value is based on the product(s) purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded or be available to be used as a store credit.
