Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen, but standard shipping usually takes 2-7 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. For out-of-stock items, please contact us directly to place your order. Shipping may take 14 to 45 days, depending on the design.
We offer shipping by FedEx and DHL. For domestic customer, we ship the product by Yamato shipping service for free without charge.

Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

- The order does not include personalized or custom-made items
- A reason for the cancellation is provided

Aurora has no minimum order. You can order small quantity. Please note that shipping cost and import taxes would be handled by buyer.
Yes, you can. It take time to process the order. Mostly special order take 1 month to process. If you interested in any item, please directly contact us.
Our selling prices are based on the daily gold market rate.We update our prices every weekday at 10:00 AM (Japan Time) in accordance with the latest gold rate.

All Aurora products are expertly crafted in Japan and meet strict quality standards. To guarantee authenticity, every necklace chain is stamped with a hallmark such as “18K,” “18K WG,” or “PT” on the clasp plate, indicating the purity of the gold or platinum used.
While we do not offer full customization, we do provide limited options such as length and color customization on select items. Please contact us for details on available adjustments.
Repair requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the condition and type of damage. Please contact us directly with photos and a description of the issue so we can assess whether repair is possible.
